In terms of the quality of products, we implement “Three Guarantees" service. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase: one-year warranty for the whole machine, six-month warranty for battery. Within the warranty period, we provide you with the service for free repair, replacement and return of goods as a result of the quality of the product itself.


 To ensure the quality of product by service

In terms of the quality of products, we implement “Three Guarantees" service. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase: one-year warranty for the wholemachine, six-month warranty for battery.Within the warranty period, weprovide you with the service for free repair, replacement and return of goodsas a result of the quality of the product itself.


1、If general parts and components of the product are invalid, and, after replacement, the product will be recovered to requirements for usage, we will be responsible for free repair on time(within 7 days, calculated from receiving the faulty product) and send it.

2、If the main parts and components of product are invalid and the product will not be recovered on time(within 7 days, calculated from receiving the faulty product), we will be responsible for replacing qualified product with same type and specifications or new product with same brand that will not be lower performance than the former one.

3、 If the main function of the product doesn’t meet the enterprise standards and contract requirements because of design, manufacturing and performance, we will withdraw the faulty product when customer asks for return of goods.

 

NO.2:In the warranty period, the following product failure caused by human factor and force majeure factor is not in scope of the service for free repair, replacement and return of goods:

1、Product failure caused by improper use of customer;

2、Customers self repair and refit products;

3、Serious damage and deformation of product appearance;
Product identification is lost;
 Can not identify the source of products;

4、Product damage caused by natural disasters, such as earthquakes, floods, fire;

5、Other human factor;


Product lifelong maintenance service

For those faulty products that are over the warranty and in scope of exeception, we will provide a life-long maintenance service for your products and will only charge for maintenance cost and transportation cost.


Product limited service process

1、Customer needs to explain about product failure problem by phone call, Internet or other ways, and to provide us with product serial number, purchase voucher (invoice). Within 2 days, we will reply that if it is the product within warranty. If the product is in the scope of warranty, customer should send us the product back by using our designated logistics company. If product is not in the scope of warranty, we will provide you with the maintenance quotation.

2、Received faulty products from customer, within 3 working days, we will report to customer about cause analysis, faulty responsibility, maintenance costs(over the warranty and in scope of exeception) and completion time for maintenance.

3、If customer doesn’t object to the security reasons, faulty liability, maintenance costs and the completion time for maintenance, we will have product repaired in 7 days(calculated from the date of maintenance confirmation) and will send customer repaired products.
